Responsibilities
Preparing operating rooms and surgical equipment for procedures
Assisting surgeons during orthopedic and spine surgeries
Monitoring patient vitals and ensuring patient safety
Providing pre- and post-operative patient care and education
Maintaining sterile techniques and documentation
Skills Required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
