We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and curious Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this entry‑level role, you’ll work directly under the Senior Marketing Manager to support a range of initiatives across partnerships, events, email campaigns, sales enablement, and more.

What You’ll Do
Partnership & Event Support
Assist in the coordination and execution of partner and industry events Help manage event logistics, vendor communication, and post‑event follow‑ups Track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes from partner activations Email Marketing
Build and schedule marketing emails in platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign Support in creating and optimizing nurture and drip campaigns Help track email performance metrics and report insights Collaborate on the development and design of sales decks, one‑pagers, and case studies Ensure materials are aligned with brand messaging and updated regularly Coordinate feedback between sales and marketing teams Marketing Operations
Assist in cross‑functional project management Maintain organization across marketing assets and campaign timelines Research industry trends, competitor activity, and creative ideas for content and campaigns Who You Are
You’re a recent graduate or early‑career marketer with ~1–2 years of experience Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and the creator economy Detail‑oriented, with great project management and multitasking skills A strong writer and communicator who isn’t afraid to take initiative Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Canva, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Ads Why Join Us?
