Join American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as a part‑time Brand Ambassador. Your role is to bring our brand to life each day and provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest.
Job Description Your responsibilities include:
Using the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they need.
Educating guests on AE & Aerie products and making product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flexing between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as required.
Proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assisting the team in ensuring the job gets done and maintaining a positive teamwork culture.
Adhering to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people.
Full of energy and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Retail experience preferred.
Minimum age 16.
