Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you represent the company values, build brand loyalty, and support guests throughout the store experience.
Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
Proudly promote AE & Aerie products, share product details and make thoughtful suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloors, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
Maintain integrity by following AEO policies & procedures.
You'd Be Great For This Role If
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Have prior retail experience.
At least 16 years of age.
