Role Summary As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing an amazing shopping experience for all guests and representing our values.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates whenever possible.
Act with integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Has prior retail experience.
At least 16 years of age.
