Position Summary The

Conference Services Manager

is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, and special events to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, ensuring all event details are communicated and delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of conference and event planning

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and timely communication.

Coordinate with internal departments (banquets, catering, AV, housekeeping) to ensure flawless execution.

Prepare detailed event orders and timelines for all functions.

Monitor event progress and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Upsell additional services and amenities to maximize revenue opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of event details, billing, and client preferences.

Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software, including Delphi and Delphi Diagrams.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
