Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

They also maintain and organize Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
