Sights & Sounds is seeking a creative, detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Manager
to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
and
TikTok
for our events, partners, and client projects. We’re an independent event, music, and creative brand producing immersive electronic music experiences that blend sound, art, and community across NYC, Texas, Mexico City, and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who understands
digital advertising performance
while maintaining a strong
creative and aesthetic sensibility . You’ll work closely with the
Co-Founders
and our
Social Media Intern
to deliver campaigns that drive ticket sales, brand awareness, and measurable results. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage Paid Ad Campaigns Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on
Meta (Instagram & Facebook) Set up audiences, budgets, creatives, and campaign structures Monitor performance and optimize for conversions, engagement, and efficiency Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and ticket sales Share clear performance insights and post-campaign summaries TikTok Ads (Encouraged) Launch and manage TikTok ad campaigns when relevant Adapt creative for short-form, platform-native formats Test audiences and creatives across platforms Creative Collaboration & Direction Collaborate on ad creative concepts with founders and social media intern Provide feedback on visuals, copy, and formats to improve performance Ensure ads align with Sights & Sounds’ visual identity and tone Work with provided photo and video assets and recommend optimizations Event, Partner & Client Campaigns Run campaigns for Sights & Sounds events and external partners or clients Adjust strategy based on different campaign goals (ticket sales, awareness, launches) Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across all campaigns WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Proven experience running
Meta Ads
(required) ✅ Experience with
TikTok Ads
or strong interest in learning quickly ✅ Strong attention to detail and performance-focused mindset ✅ Good creative eye for aesthetics, pacing, and short-form content ✅ Ability to collaborate closely while working independently ✅ Comfort working on a project-by-project contract basis ✅ Interest in music, nightlife, and creative culture is a
big plus ✅ Prior experience advertising events, artists, or brands is a bonus DETAILS:
