The Challenge
Early mornings and extensive driving.
Multiple site visits daily.
Performing and documenting roof inspections.
Stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve growth.
Managing the pressures of rapid expansion and upholding commitments.
Primary Responsibilities
Engage with 2 to 3 prospects daily.
Expand accounts and territories by helping customers achieve success.
Collaborate with the sales manager to identify and seize opportunities.
Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals.
Your Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Google Suite and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Experience with CRM roofing software preferred.
Sales experience in HVAC, commercial real estate, or property management strongly encouraged.
Job Details
Job Type: Full‑time
Location: Allen, TX 75013 (Commute required)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Salary: $70,625.00 – $113,150.00 per year
Commission and performance bonus structure.
