Overview
Times10 is a creative agency specializing in experiential marketing, brand activations, and content-driven campaigns. We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant & Content Producer to directly support our CEO’s personal business and growing golf brand.
This unique hybrid role blends high-level administrative support with hands‑on content creation and social media production. The position requires a strong understanding of golf culture, modern golf landscape, and current golf trends across media, fashion, equipment, and lifestyle.
What You’ll Do Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s daily workflow: schedule meetings, coordinate travel, handle communications, and prioritize tasks.
Maintain organization of projects and deadlines across the CEO’s personal ventures, including golf‑related partnerships and initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and partners, vendors, athletes, creators, and collaborators within the golf industry.
Content & Brand Support
Plan, film, and produce short‑ and long‑form content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms with a golf‑first lens.
Assist with developing creative concepts, scripts, and content calendars informed by current golf trends, viral formats, and audience behavior.
Edit videos, draft captions, and ensure brand consistency across all channels while staying relevant to the evolving golf conversation.
Coordinate shoots, influencer collaborations, tournaments, events, and on‑course content as needed.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, content production, social media management, or a similar hybrid role.
Strong knowledge of golf, including golf culture, personalities, media, equipment, and trends shaping the modern game.
Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging golf trends across social media, content, and lifestyle.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
Hands‑on experience creating and editing video content for social platforms (basic editing software proficiency required).
Self‑starter with a creative mindset who can operate comfortably both behind the scenes and on‑site at shoots or events.
Why This Role is Unique
This is not a traditional desk job. You’ll be embedded in the CEO’s day‑to‑day operations while playing a key role in the growth of a modern golf brand. You’ll help shape content that resonates with today’s golf audience, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute creatively while keeping the CEO’s world running smoothly.
