Territory Manager (Flooring Experience Preferred)
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory from Jacksonville to Pensacola, Florida. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective territory management strategies. The ideal candidate will preferably have B2B floor covering experience, will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Manage existing customer accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles, preferably in flooring or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in using software tools.
Ability to conduct effective cold calling techniques to generate leads.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Salary $100,000.00 - $140,000.00
