This role ensures that the CRC serves as a welcoming, accessible hub for community engagement, resource navigation, and support services. The Manager will lead a team, develop partnerships, and implement strategies to meet the needs of the local community while aligning with organizational goals. Travel will be required.
Schedule : 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DELIVERABLES
Manages the Community Resource Center operations, staff, students and volunteers.
Oversees scheduling, payroll activities, budgeting, and reporting for CRC activities and programs.
Works with HR in the recruitment and processing of event volunteers. Assists in the interviewing process and evaluation of CRC Staff.
Coordinates flow of information within the department. Maintains schedule for regular department meetings.
Monitors CRC contract compliance, audits and reports. May assist in monitoring of other program contracts or grants if needed.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with community organizations, local agencies, and stakeholders.
Develops and implements outreach strategies to increase awareness and utilization of CRC services.
Assess community needs and designs programs that provide education, resources, and support.
Represents the CRC at community events, meetings, and forums.
Promotes outreach projects and programs for surrounding communities.
Monitors program and event effectiveness and adjusts offerings based on feedback and data.
Understands and is sensitive to the complexity of psychosocial stressors impacting the underserved populations served by SAC Health.
Maintains updated resource directories and referral systems.
Connects individuals and families to internal and external resources, including health, housing, employment, and social services.
Conducts interviews with families to perform assessments and service plan needs and identifies basic needs that are required for the family to stabilize.
Facilitates education groups as needed including, but not limited to Healthy Weight class, Postpartum Depression support group, and other health education classes as appropriate or needed.
Coordinates Multi-disciplinary Team meetings as needed.
Maintains CRC monthly/quarterly report identifying department activities and highlighting Social Determinants of Health. Makes reports, data and event schedules available for inclusion in monthly SAC Health Board reports.
May work in the evenings and weekends and travels for community events.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Public Health, Community Development or related field required. In lieu of degree, equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.
Licensure/Certification: Valid CA Driver's License and auto insurance.
Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in FQHC or Community Health Clinic setting AND a minimum of four (4) years of Supervisory experience required.
Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Fine motor skills with the ability to use a computer on a routine basis
Interpersonal Skills: Must display integrity and dependability, must demonstrate a calm, courteous, and caring demeanor, especially when under stressful or difficult situations or while under pressure.
Essential Mental Abilities: The ability to work under pressure, think critically, organize, prioritize and problem solve. The ability to follow direction and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visas.
