The Executive Marketing team builds and deepens C‑suite relationships to expand influence and increase Salesforce’s footprint. The successful candidate will execute end‑to‑end executive events, secure media partnerships, and collaborate with sales and field marketing to accelerate deals.

Role Responsibilities

Own strategy and execution of executive events, from design and logistics to on‑site delivery, ensuring flawless experiences for VP+ audiences.

Manage media partnerships with first‑tier media to secure sponsorships and co‑marketing opportunities.

Drive cross‑functional alignment with sales and field marketing on CXO targeting, executive briefings, post‑meeting follow‑up, and high‑value engagements that accelerate deals and pipeline.

Work hybrid; on site at the Salesforce office three days a week.

End‑to‑End Event Management – own the complete lifecycle of events, from concept to post‑event analysis.

Executive Messaging & Content – develop and execute executive‑level thought leadership content in partnership with Product Marketing.

Strategic & Creative Thinking – design high‑value experiences that align with go‑to‑market priorities and engage executive audiences.

Business Acumen – tie event activities to pipeline growth and revenue influence with a data‑driven approach.

Project Management – manage multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and maintain budgets.

Negotiation – secure optimal sponsorship and co‑marketing opportunities.

Executive Presence – represent Salesforce with confidence before senior leaders.

Problem‑Solving – anticipate and resolve issues during event planning and execution.

Thought Leadership Creation – produce content across event abstracts, videos, social media, etc.

Detail & Organization – top‑notch writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Collaboration – work across teams on fast‑moving projects.

Adaptability – learn and adopt new tech tools quickly.

Job Requirements

8+ years of relevant professional experience.

Prior experience developing executive thought leadership or content.

Project management experience.
