Job Summary The General Manager of Consignment is responsible for building and maintaining high quality operations, relationships, and revenue growth for the Rank + Rally Las Vegas consignment events (MGM, TMA, LFF).
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain high quality relationships with client/venues
Build and maintain high quality relationships with tour/show merch managers
Communicate directly with client and tour to ensure seamless show merchandise sales
Build and organize efficient count in and out processes that are consistent with R+R inventory and shrink standards.
Successfully balances staff between all of the Vegas market
Develops, educates and leads Sr. Consignment Manager and consignment supervisors
Maintain financial records for all relevant client, tour and internal use.
Primary point of contact to settle show financials with tour and R+R
Coordinate with all venues and R+R distribution center in regards to inbound inventory
Build and maintain high functioning At Venue point of sale standard operating procedures.
Ensure accurate merchandise inventory records
Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude
Contribute to an orderly and safe work environment
Perform projects and assignments with a sense of urgency
Be a good teammate, contribute positively to a winning culture, and be respectful
Demonstrate world-class customer service and if you don’t directly interact with the customer, support those that do
Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
Relevant data entry and computer skills
Relevant math and reading skills
At Venue experience preferred
Previous financial experience preferred
Previous retail experience preferred
Demonstrate accountability, dependability, collaboration and respect
Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
