We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support multiple departments ('crowns') across Perdurable AI. From scheduling and documentation to event coordination and executive support, this role ensures operational smoothness across a fast-moving, cross-functional organization. Tasks: Support daily administrative operations across multiple internal 'crowns' (teams), including Engineering, Product, and Operations. Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and cross-timezone scheduling. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use. Assist with hiring logistics, onboarding processes, and internal event planning. Manage task follow-ups, interdepartmental communications, and internal tool upkeep (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, Airtable). Requirements: 2+ years of administrative, office management, or operations support experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, etc.). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams. Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus. Comfortable juggling priorities and supporting multiple department leads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
