Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour Type: Contract-to-Hire Overview: LHH is seeking a reliable Accounting Clerk to support our client's accounting team with both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Enter and process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately Assist with AP and AR reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation Prepare and distribute customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy Maintain vendor and customer files and resolve discrepancies Support month-end close activities and assist with reporting Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and record maintenance Qualifications: 1–2 years of accounting or clerical experience (AP/AR exposure preferred) Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Location: Pasadena, CA | Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
