We would like to request a full-time temporary employee for the Maintenance Department. This is position is possible temp-to-hire position and provides support to the Maintenance Superintendent and department.
Position: Operations Specialist
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Duration: Temporary (possible Temp to Hire)
TOP 3 MUST-HAVES:
1. Must work in excel spreadsheets and Microsoft office proficiently
2. Very organized with attention to detail with good time management
3. Work independently and in a team-oriented environment
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
* Reviews and reconciles monthly invoices to ensure compliance with financial obligations and terms outlined in contract agreements and the budget.
* Maintain precise and accurate records of transactions of various internal and external contracted services and supplies
* Prepares a variety of reports, correspondence and records.
* Collects, reviews, analyzes, and prepares monthly KPI reports (Obtain and analyze monthly data from Hexagon, Fleetwatch, and PG&E. Analyzed data is used to conduct Monthly Fuel Reports, Bus out of service reports, NTD Road Call reports, On -Time PMI reports, Open work Orders reports, Rolling Stock Status Reports, Tire Lease Mileage Reports, UCP vehicle Maintenance Reports, and Electricity Bus Fuel Cost reports)
* Track and process invoices for the maintenance department, request new PO's and disencumber old PO's when needed.
