We are seeking a full-time, proactive Ecommerce Specialist who will be responsible for the maintenance, growth, and optimization of our Pure Enrichment Direct Amazon and Walmart 3P Marketplace businesses. This candidate will oversee the day-to-day success of the business, achieve sales forecasts, and ensure a positive customer shopping experience. The role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Ecommerce.
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center to ensure accounts run efficiently, meet performance goals, and maintain a strong foundation for continued growth.
- Maintain Amazon account health by responding to Seller Central notifications, resolving urgent issues, writing tailored appeals, and collaborating with Amazon for escalations.
- Conduct daily “walk the store” to ensure the US and CA Product Detail Pages are optimized for conversion, including inventory, buy box, and active status of ASINs.
- Monitor inventory levels across SKUs and collaborate closely with Operations to communicate trends and ensure optimal in-stock performance.
- Conduct quarterly listing audits and leverage Amazon analytics tools to improve visibility, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Manage the B2B business for Pure Enrichment Direct and future international marketplace expansions.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics—including sales, traffic, conversion, rankings, and reviews—to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Advertising Director to ensure products are properly advertised and assign tasks in Asana as needed.
- Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Manage and schedule all promotional activity (Coupons, Deals, Creator Connections, etc.) and track promotional performance to understand impact on sales, traffic, and conversion.
- Stay current on Amazon and Walmart policies, tools, and best practices to continually enhance account performance.
Skills and Minimum Qualifications
- Over 2 years related experience.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central; Walmart Seller Center experience preferred, but not required.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Experience executing different promotional campaigns across multiple ecommerce platforms.
- Understanding of margins, ROAS, and P&L surrounding e-commerce initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data that informs decision making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Location: Hybrid schedule with one day/week in office at our Fullerton, CA headquarters. Open to remote employment for the right candidate.
