Responsibilities

  • Develop the integrative marketing strategy to reach and engage C‑suite and decision‑makers across enterprise accounts through bespoke, account‑based marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, and Executive Dinners.
  • Plan and execute bespoke marketing channels (Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships, third‑party events, trade and association publications).
  • Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product stakeholders, and external media agencies and partners.
  • Drive robust measurement and reporting processes for campaign impact.

A Day in the Life

The Sr Field Marketing Manager acts as the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing, understanding sales priorities and working hand‑in‑hand with digital, content, and channel teams to create and execute integrated plans. The manager is the single point of contact for all marketing initiatives, driving visibility to Sales and reporting back on campaign results.

About the Team

Field marketing coordinates all marketing activities across partner marketing, sales, and product teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead‑generation campaigns using live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800 per year in our lowest geographic market to $186,500 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total‑compensation company; equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
