We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations to support accurate inventory, efficient order flow, and on‑time deliveries for both customers and internal MAPEI facilities. You will lead a warehouse team in a fast‑paced environment, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive operational excellence across shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with direct impact on service levels, productivity, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the availability and on‑time delivery of finished goods and materials to customers and other MAPEI locations.
• Manage warehouse operations to support efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement, train, and maintain effective systems for order picking and warehouse workflows.
• Own plant‑wide inventory management, including physical inventory planning and execution.
• Monitor and resolve customer backorders and late shipment issues to prevent delays.
• Lead workforce management for receiving, storage, product rotation, picking, and shipping processes.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and direct warehouse employees.
• Manage inter‑company shipments and warehouse transfer processes.
• Oversee administration and continuous training of the Quality Management System for warehouse personnel.
• Investigate and resolve Service Complaint Reports related to shipping and receiving.
• Ensure cost‑effective operation of warehouse personnel, equipment, and processes.
• Coordinate activities closely with Customer Service, Production, Sales, Records Control, and Purchasing.
• Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with computerized inventory systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
