Our client is renowned for the high quality and unique selection of semi‑precious granite, marble, onyx, quartzite, and porcelain slabs. They are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz and Lapitec (sintered stone) in Florida.

The position is a full‑time role at the Tampa, FL location, with opportunities for growth in a fast‑growing company in the stone industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of stone slabs and materials.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring a safe, organized, and productive environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee inspections of materials.
• Ensure proper handling of materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Coordinate scheduling, assign tasks, and provide training and mentorship to warehouse staff.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to support order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 2‑3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience (stone industry experience preferred).
• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred (training available through the company).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a professional, responsible attitude.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
