Warehouse Manager

Location: between Garden Grove and Westminster, California.

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 100% onsite.

Base Pay Range

$65.00 / yr – $65.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Manage and train warehouse staff; schedule shifts and monitor performance
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and coordinate regular cycle counts
  • Maintain warehouse safety, compliance, and cleanliness
  • Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams to support smooth order fulfillment
  • Optimize workflow, storage layout, and operational efficiency
  • Handle equipment management (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus but not mandatory
  • Industry: Food distribution preferred but not required
  • Background in tea or boba tea is a plus
