Basic Purpose
The Coordinator will support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and scheduling of freight and proper distribution of warehouse items. Responsibilities include data entry, preparation and distribution of reports, and record maintenance.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Pay Range: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week; paid overtime
- Compensation may vary based on experience and education
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of clerical or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to support others
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities
