Summary
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products and supplies within the warehouse. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting order fulfillment, and upholding safety and quality standards. Assist with month‑end and year‑end inventory for F&B and Retail departments. Part‑time and full‑time schedules are available. The position is based in beautiful Juneau, Alaska; applicants must live in Juneau or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
Pay & Benefits
Seasonal Employees are eligible for the Seasonal Employee Layoff Bonus Plan and may receive discretionary performance bonuses. Starting rate: $23.00 – DOE.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and data entry.
- Organize and stock materials in designated locations for easy accessibility.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of products.
- Report any damaged, missing, or faulty items to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support operational goals.
- Perform pickups and deliveries as needed for all tram departments.
- Complete assembly/disassembly of hardware, furniture, storage racks, etc.
- Assist departmental managers with data entry when available.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to lift odd objects up to 75 lb.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in MS Office Suite software and email.
- 18 years old or older at the time of hire.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tram‑wide departmental operations.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years of clerical, administrative or data entry work.
- Ability to pass DOT medical exam.
