Shift

Overnight shift: 11:00 pm‑7:30 am, Sunday‑Thursday.

Position

As a Label Room Technician, you’ll manage label inventory and help ensure the right labels are issued, tracked, and stored for production. You’ll keep the label room clean and organized, follow safety and quality procedures, and support accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage label inventory and printed components.
• Issue correct labels for production and reconcile returns.
• Monitor label revisions and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized label room.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately.
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, AS400, PQM, or Captiva preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.35‑$21.95. This includes a $3.00 /hour shift differential. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
