Job Details

The purpose of your role as an Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Service + Building Automation team for various functions including administrative support, field support, and backup dispatcher when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones, provide information, take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate individual
  • Complete purchasing card allocations
  • Data entry and report completion
  • Audit support
  • Manage uniform/PPE inventory tracking
  • Office supply ordering
  • Mail receiving and sorting
  • Other general administrative support

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience providing administrative support to a group or division
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay Range: $20.85 - $31.27 per hour
