Your day-to-day as a Legal Administrative Assistant

As a Full Time Legal Administrative Assistant at Gadsden Schneider & Woodward LLP, you will play an integral role in supporting our estate planning practice. Your responsibilities will include preparing, editing, and finalizing essential legal documents, utilizing both templates and attorney drafts. You will maintain attorney calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling for client meetings, signings, and notarial appointments.

Professional communication is key, as you will answer incoming calls and facilitate positive interactions with clients. Additionally, you will complete new client intakes, organize both digital and physical files, and meticulously enter client information into our practice-management systems. Your attention to detail will also be vital in maintaining active and archived client files.
