Key Projects
- Immediate support for a major campus move in January.
- Organizing morale events and team all‑hands.
- Space planning and inventorying assets.
- Assisting with rewards and recognition programs.
Typical Task Breakdown & Operating Rhythm
- Calendar management and scheduling across time zones.
- Event coordination (quarterly all‑hands, AV setup, material collection).
- Expense processing and travel bookings for leaders.
- Hands‑on support for team activities and people/culture initiatives.
- Collaboration with existing admin community (five admins currently).
Candidate Requirements
- 8‑10 years in administrative roles, ideally with leadership support experience.
- No mandatory degrees or certifications; project management certification is a plus.
Disqualifiers
- Lack of recent Microsoft experience (hard requirement).
- Inability to work on‑site 5 days a week.
Best vs. Average
- Best: Recent Microsoft experience, strong Office 365 proficiency, proven project coordination skills, and ability to manage large in‑person events.
