SAP Performance QA Tester Job at McKinsol Consulting Inc in Mason

POSITION OVERVIEW

Performance tester position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner / Performance Center for SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.).
• Identify, design, and implement performance test scenarios based on business requirements and user workflows.
• Conduct end-to-end performance, load, stress, and endurance testing for SAP systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, DB response times, network latency, etc.) during test execution.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Prepare detailed test reports and provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks, scripts, and test data.
• Participate in performance tuning and root cause analysis sessions.
• Ensure alignment with SLAs and non-functional requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing with a focus on LoadRunner.
• Proven experience in SAP performance testing (SAP GUI, Web, Fiori, or S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Performance Center, VuGen scripting, and analysis modules.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
• Familiarity with SQL, database performance tuning, and network analysis.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
