What You’ll Do

• Make connections: Reach out to prospects, schedule meetings, and learn how to turn conversations into partnerships.
• Learn the craft: Shadow experienced team members on client visits, site surveys, and proposal development.
• Drive growth: Help create proposals and assist in presenting solutions to clients.
• Stay engaged: Follow up on open projects and build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Get involved: Join local networking groups and industry events to expand your professional network.
• Prospect & qualify new leads
• Collaborate with AEs & leadership
• Track activity in Salesforce

• Strong communication & relationship skills

• CRM/Salesforce familiarity is a plus
• Base: $44k–$50k + bonus
