Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications through various channels including phone, email, and online chat. Your primary objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
