We are hiring on behalf of our client for ambitious, people-oriented individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Marketing Managers. This role is designed for candidates who enjoy working face-to-face with customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to learn and grow into leadership.

This position offers paid, hands-on training where you’ll develop core skills in customer acquisition, communication, sales strategy, and team leadership. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail often excel in this role, but prior experience is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in ongoing client and product training sessions
• Engage directly with new and existing customers to represent client brands professionally
• Assist with creating and maintaining customer accounts
• Support campaign planning and execution to meet team performance goals
• Collaborate closely with leadership to track progress and improve results
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management
• Help train and develop new team members as you advance
