Position Overview

As a Communications Assistant, you will support daily communication activities, assist customers during events, and help ensure smooth delivery of brand messaging across all in-person promotions. You’ll work closely with our events and client service teams to maintain consistent communication standards and provide excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Support communication efforts during events and retail promotions.
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing clear product information.
• Represent client brands professionally and deliver key talking points accurately.
• Help coordinate event materials, product displays, and promotional setups.
• Gather customer feedback and share updates with the team.
• Maintain organized communication logs and assist with daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
