Chuze Fitness is looking for Lift Lab Coaches to lead small group, coach‑led strength training sessions that blend personal training attention with the energy of group fitness.

What is Lift Lab?

  • Teach proper lifting mechanics and technique
  • Progress members week-to-week in strength and confidence

  • Heart‑rate‑based intervals on an incline treadmill trainer
  • Clear coaching cues, regressions, and progressions for all levels

Role Fit

  • Personal trainers who enjoy coaching groups without selling
  • Strength coaches who value form, progression, and connection
  • Trainers who want consistent sessions and a team environment
  • Coaches who thrive on teaching, motivating, and correcting movement

What You’ll Do

  • Coach and lead Lift Lab sessions with confidence and energy
  • Provide hands‑on form correction and individualized coaching in a group setting
  • Create an inclusive, motivating environment for all fitness levels
  • Represent the Chuze brand with professionalism and positivity

  • Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
  • Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback from the Fitness Manager through regular check‑ins, training, and session evaluations
  • Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials
  • Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs
