Role Overview
iRESTORE is seeking a skilled and business-savvy Data Analyst to serve as the primary analytical partner for our Marketing team. This role will own the full analytical cycle — from understanding business questions, to querying large datasets, to delivering clear, impactful insights that drive growth. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and R&D to help measure performance, optimize campaigns, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the data focal point for the Marketing team, translating business needs into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to track key marketing KPIs (conversion rates, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and deep dives to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize performance (user journey, attribution models).
- Analyze marketing funnels, user behaviors, and experiments to recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on objectives and share findings that inform decisions.
- Stay up to date with marketing analytics best practices and emerging industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying large-scale, complex datasets efficiently and accurately.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing, statistical significance, time series analysis).
- Proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and push initiatives forward.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex analytics into clear business insights.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) for building actionable dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical background in funnel analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation.
