What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and develop key performance indicators dashboards
  • Create and automate dashboards in PowerBI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
  • Maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
  • Participate in strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and insights

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
  • Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends using data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools beyond PowerBI
  • Understanding of Long Term Care Claims processes and strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with senior management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
