What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
- Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements and develop dashboards
- Conceptualize, create, and automate dashboards in PowerBI for tracking metrics
- Build and maintain reporting using SQL, Spotfire, PowerBI, and other tools
- Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insights and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent analytic and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
- 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
- Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Familiarity with dashboard tools such as PowerBI and Spotfire
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to leadership
