Key Responsibilities
- Focuses on supporting project execution, data processing and analysis
- Provide guidance on data quality and analytics
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and multivariate analysis on survey data
- Ensure regular updates to sustainability team members
- Handle day to day tasks and prioritise
- Develop, communicate and implement rules for reporting standards by geography and by crop
- Develop documentation on data quality and analytics
- Perform desk research (occasionally)
- Support on bringing together different data sources (internal and external)
- Provide operational consultancy and support to the global sustainability team
- Monitor data quality and analytics
- Monitor and work on delivery pipeline
- Identify, suggest and implement improvements
- Document specifications, diagrams and guides
Work Experience and Technical Skills required
- Relevant background, degree or by experience Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry is advantageous
- Analytical mindset, detail oriented. Researcher skills: problem interpretation, formulation, creative thinking towards solutions
- Being hands‑on, ‘can do mentality’, being pragmatic and flexible are essential
- Eager to learn, quick learner
- Proactive communicator, fluent in English
- Presentation skills for internal purpose
- 2+ years experience in data manipulation and analysis, with relevant applications (e.g. Python, SQL, Excel)
Role Description
You will be joining the Sustainability team, a fast‑paced developing department within Kynetec. By joining our team you will find a strong purpose and deep meaning in what you do, i.e. trying to support a sustainable transformation of agriculture and food industry.
The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our Valencia office 2 days per week.
