What does IT Field Support do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The IT Field Support team provides assistance to all Swire Coca-Cola employees and locations within their assigned area for all computer systems and infrastructure issues. The role thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and requires working independently to resolve hardware, software, network, and telephony issues without assistance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance via phone or in‑person on computers, monitors, and peripherals.
- Assist end users with computer or infrastructure issues such as setup, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and deployment of new equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, Office 365, Active Directory, Voice over IP (VoIP), and basic network connectivity.
- Provide additional support for wireless communication devices including wireless access points, laptops, handhelds, voice pick phones, printers, and warehouse devices.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT devices.
- Order and distribute new and recycled equipment to users.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation on process, procedure, and infrastructure.
- Process and prioritize work requests and escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- 2‑year degree in Information Technology field preferred or equivalent experience required.
- 4‑year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in IT field required.
- 1+ year of experience in network security required.
- Active Directory administration knowledge required.
- SAP authorization, Multi‑factor authentication (MFA), TCP/IP network stack, and PCI (payment card industry) experience preferred.
