Pay Range: $86,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) leads sales and delivery operations for a designated market. The ASM drives business planning, sets and reports on performance metrics, and manages resources to meet revenue goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coaches, teaches, and trains District Sales Managers to achieve results.
• Drives revenue growth and collaborates with Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) and other stakeholders.
• Fosters a results‑driven, safe, and ethical work environment.
• Provides honest assessments and development plans for team members.
• Owns customer service and builds profitable relationships with key customers.
• Strengthens community relationships and shares best practices.
• Defines the Look of Success (LOS) and tracks performance.
• Delivers operating plan and manages administrative duties.
• Partners with other departments to meet shared expectations.
• Manages and motivates a team through performance management and coaching.
• Implements continuous improvement methods with a customer focus.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive management experience in the beverage or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
