Additional Compensation
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

Job Overview
Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandising skills.
