Compensation

Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $35.00/hr.

Hourly wage: $22 – $35 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour and can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. The role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandise skills.
