What You’ll Do

As a Seasonal Stylist you will create an engaging francesca’s guest experience for every guest, every time they shop in our boutique. You will exude warmth and positive energy, initiate conversation, and connect with guests in a genuine, fun way. While the primary focus of the role is guest experience, additional responsibilities include:

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point‑of‑sale system.
• Assisting with physical inventory.
• Embracing product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire the guest.
• Assisting to maintain a visually inspiring boutique, including recovery and replenishment of product.
• Partnering with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing our guest.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Contribute to a positive and fun professional work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Position is seasonal and will end on or before January 9, 2026, based on business needs and personal performance.
