Responsibilities include:

• Motivated to drive sales daily, weekly, and monthly
• Focus on customer needs to proactively drive business
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize technology and innovative shopping methods to enhance sales
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences
• Champion RL core values and foster a collaborative environment
• Build customer relationships and provide ongoing feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing options and broaden product discovery methods
• Maintain store standards and ensure a welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Retail or industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to maneuver around the store and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate registers and stand/move for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
• Positive attitude and ability to build relationships
