Seasonal Business Tax Expert – Intuit

What You Will Do

• Maintain sensitive customer information securely.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via video communication and document interactions for accurate records.
• Engage with customers and team members professionally while promoting Intuit’s operating values.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120‑S) for 20 clients per season.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30 returns per year.
• Available 20 hours per week over three or more days.
• Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers preferred.
• State licensing, certificates, permits, or bonds as necessary.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Commitment to at least 20 hours per week in 4‑hour increments.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Strong customer service skills via video/audio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Critical thinking, research skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
