Delivery Manager
Delivery Managers serve as the Chief Scrum Master across all delivery teams within a product and are responsible for overall solution delivery and support of large‑scale programs with complex integrations.
Responsibilities
- Helps with the allocation of resources and provides teams with the necessary support to remediate impediments and reported issues.
- Facilitates program increment (PI) sessions across all delivery teams aligned to a product or value stream or portfolio, and the accompanying planning sessions (pre and post PI planning sessions).
- Works with Technology Operations Leadership to plan large project delivery timelines.
- Supports technology teams with the delivery of planned work while empowering them and allowing them to be self‑organized.
- Supports Tech Ops Product team retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities that can be implemented to improve productivity.
- Prioritizes and monitors work within the team to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Monitors Tech Ops team metrics to evaluate progress against milestones.
- Aggregates individual team status into Tech Ops org‑level risks, assumptions and interdependencies.
- Coordinates the resolution of internal and external dependencies.
- Drives tactical day‑to‑day delivery process, including removing impediments that negatively impact productivity or block the team’s process.
- Works with the Tech Ops Manager of Product Management to create reports highlighting the health of the overall delivery status to portfolio and value stream leadership and various stakeholders.
- Ensures effective communication, collaboration, coordination and team engagement in initiatives that cut across Technology Operations Teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Agile Team Leadership (PO, PdM, PgM, TPM, DM, RTE, SM).
- 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience working with Technology Teams including DevOps, DBAs, Networking, Systems Administrators.
- Experience mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers in Agile practices.
- Experience optimizing SDLC processes to improve quantity and quality of work.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Ability to manage project delivery planning, estimating, budgeting and metrics reporting.
- Ability to identify and mitigate technical delivery risks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Workspace applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Compensation
Pay Range: $125,000 – $155,000
