Join HOLT CAT, the largest Caterpillar dealership in the United States, as a full‑time Shop Service Technician in Georgetown, TX. The position is 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7 am–4 pm) at 2101 Airport Rd, Georgetown, TX 78628.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing high‑quality repair service on heavy equipment in a shop environment, responding to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner, and ensuring maximum value for work performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs on pumps, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, excavators, etc.
• Work efficiently and with high energy level while maintaining productivity.
• Operate with limited supervision.
• Maintain personal tools.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of field or shop service tech experience with heavy equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex shop cases.
• Self‑motivated, productive, and able to work independently.
• Must own required tools.
