The Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to sit directly with our AI engineering team and act as the connective tissue between engineering and the rest of the business. This role owns visibility, coordination, and delivery of AI engineering work — making sure projects are well‑organized, clearly communicated, and handed off cleanly to stakeholders. You will not write code or act as the Scrum Master, but you will work closely with both.

Responsibilities

• Work embedded with AI engineers to understand active and upcoming work
• Translate technical initiatives into clear timelines, status updates, and deliverables
• Track work, dependencies, and risks using Jira, Monday, and related tools
• Coordinate handoffs between engineering, product, operations, and leadership
• Support sprint planning and delivery tracking in partnership with the Scrum Master
• Maintain project documentation and serve as the source of truth for AI engineering work
• Proactively surface blockers, changes in scope, and delivery risks

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Project Management or Technical Program Management
• Experience working closely with engineering or AI/ML teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
• Comfortable using and managing work in Jira, Monday, or similar tools
• Able to communicate fluently with both technical and non‑technical teams
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and delivery‑focused

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI, data, or platform teams
• Startup or fast‑moving environment experience
