What You’ll Do

• Repair and replace lever sets, panic bars, closers, lock pickings, and other hardware.
• Re‑key cylinders/cores and cut keys according to code.
• Install and repair access control hardware such as electric strikes, automatic operators, electrified locks, and magnetic locks.
• Respond to emergency work orders, including after‑hours, weekend, and holiday calls.
• Interpret instructions, floor plans, diagrams, and schematics.
• Fulfill customer‑specific requirements such as IVR procedures, capturing pictures, and managing check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Diagnose field issues and recommend appropriate product replacements or repairs.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in locksmithing and/or access control.
• Proficiency in using computers and mobile devices for data entry and communications.
• Clean driving record without restrictions.
• Familiarity with life‑safety, fire codes, and ADA requirements.

Preferred, but Not Required

• AAADM certification.
• Experience with hollow metal door and frame installation/service.
• Experience with safe and ATM service.
• Experience with aluminum storefront installation and repair.
