Highlights Of What Our Recruiter Will Do
- Provide the highest level of full‑cycle recruiting for the company's managers and candidates, advancing Gothic's brand across numerous markets and professional communities.
- Use all applicable recruiting methods (job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to seek out and hire qualified candidates.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in interviewing techniques, knowledge of HR policies and procedures and federal and state laws requiring employment practices.
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the full recruiting process; from creating the job description through the onboarding process.
- Consult with company leaders to identify market trends, talent needs, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
- Build strong working relationships with team members, community organizations, and landscape professionals to build a network that yields success.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
Experience And Education Required
- Three to five years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Exceptional ability to understand the needs of both the candidate and hiring manager.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Ability to find creative solutions to hiring challenges and overcome obstacles in the recruitment process.
- Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting software such as applicant tracking systems is required. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paycom is a plus.
